Unlike other oceanfront condos there is no road noise from Alii Drive. Unit is 
at back of complex right on the water. Available year 'round, this oceanfront 
condo has one of the best views in the complex. The Pacific Ocean and 
Kailua  Bay create a playground for watching dolphins, whales, parasailing, 
cruise ships, and boats. This  2 bedroom/2 bath unit is in a quiet complex and 
sleeps up to 6 very comfortably. It is newly decorated and immaculate. 
Situated on the second floor it comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, including 
small appliances, spices and some cooking basics, a dishwasher and washer 
& dryer in the unit. Free local calls with voice mail. Hair dryer, iron and ironing 
board provided. You'll find queen size Sealy Posturpedic beds with new 
premium linens and bedspreads, towels, cable tv, stereo, vcr/dvd/cd home 
entertainment center with cds and free movies for your personal enjoyment. 
Some basic beach gear is provided (beach towels, snorkel mask, goggles, 
boogie boards, etc.) There are new palm ceiling fans to provide a nice accent 
to the tropical ocean breezes to keep you cool and comfortable during your 
stay with us.

This conveniently located Kona condo is close to the best snorkel beach on 
the island, (Kahalu'u), Hapuna Beach (voted in 1993 as America's Best Beach 
by the famous Dr. Beach, Stephen Leatherman, and Magic Sands Beach. 
Solar heated pool during the winter just a few steps from your door along with 
a terrace barbeque with two gas barbeques for cooking the fresh fish or steak 
dinner. The pool and barbeque are lightly used and very seldom ever busy. 
View, View, View!!! Magnificent sunsets from the lanai!!! We hope you enjoy 
our home as much as we do! It is very comfortable and nicer than a lot of hotel 
resorts that are twice the price and half the size!

Activities and Attractions

The Alii Villa condo is located less than 1 mile south of  Kailua-Kona, the Big 
Island's most desirable beach resort, world famous for big-game fishing, 
snorkeling, kayaking, scuba diving, swimming and sun bathing, dolphin, 
turtle, and whale watching from the condo. The whale sightings are between 
December and April, but there is always a surprise awaiting you in this truly 
amazing paradise.

Vacation Rental Rates

Payment available through Paypal at an add'l charge of 3% or save with personal 
check.
Following rates valid for up to 4 people.
$995-$1095 /weekly (Low/High Season) (7 nights)
$3300/$3500 /monthly (Low/High Season)
+ 11.42% applicable tax, $85 cleaning fee added to all rentals.
A $200 deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit will be 
returned within 14 days of departure if unit is left clean and no 
damage is done to the condo or lost keys. Travelers Insurance recommended. No refund for missed or 
cancelled flights or unused condo time unless condo can be rented to new visitor for 
your reservation dates. We will make every effort to do so, but cannot guarantee refund.
Check-in 4:00pm - Check-out 11:00am
