It is newly renovated and immaculate. Second floor unit comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with latest appliances, including small appliances and an in-unit washer & dryer. Lots of extras  provided. Queen size Sealy Posturpedic beds with new premium linens and bedspreads, towels, cable tv, stereo, vcr/dvd/cd home entertainment center with cds and free movies for your personal enjoyment.

Some basic beach gear is provided (beach towels, snorkel mask, goggles,
fins, etc.) There are new palm ceiling fans to provide a nice accent
to the tropical ocean breezes to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay with us.

Conveniently located less than 1 mile south of Kona village, the Big Island's most desirable beach resort with all water activities available close by. Rate quoted for 2 persons. $10/nt per person for each additional person up to 4 max. All rates subject to Hawaii taxes and cleaning fee. A $300 deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit will be
returned within 14 days of departure if unit is left in good condition and no
damage is done to the condo or lost keys. Travelers Insurance highly recommended.
