Vacation Rental Description

Step back into time with this 5 bedroom Victorian Beauty furnished 
in the era with many comforts of home.  Enjoy views of Bear Lake 
from the huge wrap around porch or walk to the park across the 
street to enjoy a day on the beach or launch your boat for a day on 
the all sports lake.  Located within walking distance to downtown 
Bear Lake.  

This home was purchased with the intent to open a bed and breakfast 
and as soon as you step inside you will see why.  This home is very 
relaxing with several sitting areas and nooks inside and out, either 
by the fireplace or on the wrap around porch.  Feel free to sit 
back, relax and enjoy all this home and the area has to offer! 

FYI - In the picture the house is painted a pale pink, but it is 
being painted in May and will probably be either green or white.

Rate: $900 / week *Currently $100 off to help with gas $800/week*

Deposit: $200 (Non-refundable, secures reservation, credited to 
rental fee)
Remaining Payment: Due two weeks prior to check in
Damage Deposit: $300 (returned if there is no damage)
