Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful tri-level lakefront home with decorator touches 
offers the best in casual lakefront living and is situated with its 
own private dock and pier on the quiet side of Lake Norman's 520 
miles of shoreline.  This clean, fresh home completed in 2006 is a 
fully furnished home that has 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 baths and sleeps 16 
comfortably.

Upon arrival when you cross the rocking chair front porch and enter 
this 4300 sq ft home that was just completed in 2006, you 
immediately notice that everything is new, fresh and stylish 
including the furnishings.  You enter a large, open 2-story great 
room with soaring ceilings and a large atrium window that lets the 
sunny days and star filled nights flow inside.  A plasma screen hi-
definition TV hangs over the fireplace with gas logs and a large 
fully equipped kitchen fit for a culinary chef lies just ahead.  
There are numerous places for entertaining or enjoying those family 
get-togethers in an oversized formal dining room, breakfast areas, 
or on one of the wrap-around decks or patios.

This 6 bedroom 5 1/2 bath home boasts a master suite and living 
areas on all three levels.  Each of the three master suites are 
peaceful retreats with private baths and a lovely lakefront view as 
you open the double patio doors of each to go out onto your own 
private deck or patio.  When it comes time to turn in after all the

Norman.  For maximum enjoyment there is a private sunning area, dock 
and pier with tieoffs. And don't worry about the little ones because 
the decks on the house and near the water have locking safety 
gates.  All you have to do is drop your boat into the water or if 
you haven't brought a boat just go directly across from the house to 
the marina in the distance and rent a boat or jet ski.  Zip out 
around the private cove to the main channel in just a few minutes 
and enjoy some of the best lakefront dining on the lake.

to a close and you have just witnessed an incredible sunset over the 
waters, and you now sit on the deck sipping a drink, watching the

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates are $1650 - $1950 per week depending upon the season. 

April-December .. $1950
January-March ... $1650
Nightly rates start at $295 per night with a two night minimum.

There is a minimum of a one week rental during the summer with a Sat-
