The Condo is located on Historic Sixth Street, formerly known as Pecan
Street, in Downtown Austin, Texas, just two blocks east of Congress
Avenue. The Condo is ONE BLOCK away from the Austin Convention Center.

The Condo is on the second floor of the Historic Joseph Nalle Building
at 411 E. 6th Street, Austin, TX 78701 on the corner of Sixth and
Trinity. You can watch all the action on the busiest block. From this
spot on Sixth Street you are obviously directly in the center of the
Sixth Street Entertainment District and both the Red River Music
District and the Warehouse District on 4th street are about three
blocks walking distance to the east or west.

The condo has high wood beam ceilings, exposed 125 year old stone
walls, and a full kitchen with tile counters and custom appliances.
There is an extra loft bedroom area above the kitchen which sleeps two
people in addition to the bedroom which sleeps two.

Austin's Town Lake is four blocks, the Warehouse district is three
blocks, Red River District is two blocks, the Texas Capital is a short
walk and the Austin Convention Center one block away. This location is
convenient to many restaurants, live music clubs, dance clubs, pubs,
cafes, and coffee shops. Shopping is varied and unique with galleries,
boutiques, novelty shops and more.

The Austin chain of lakes are all within a short walk or drive. Town
Lake is only 5 blocks walk away with water sports and hike and bike
trails. Upon request, 2 mountain bikes can be provided for use on the
bike trails. It's a great way to see downtown Austin, especially the
famous Austin Bats flying out of their habitat under the Congress
Avenue Bridge at dusk.

Each Condo comes with 400 count queen size bed linens, towels, living room, TV, DVD, and fully furnished Kitchen.

PARKING DOWNTOWN.  We have a private parking lot ½ block away for our guests.  Each parking Space requires a parking PASS which must be clearly displayed on your rear-view mirror.  Each PASS is available upon request and is charged to your Invoice at $15 per day for the number of nights of the total duration of your stay.  If purchased, the numbered PASS will be given to you during your check-in.  This is the closest parking lot to your Condo and is the ONLY lot where you will not be charged twice per day (a day charge and a night charge) AND every time you enter or leave the lot.  With our private parking lot, you can come and go as you please and have your own individually numbered private parking space always waiting for you when you return. 

BIKES are available for ONLY $25 each and you can have the use of them along with a lock for the ENTIRE duration of your stay with us.  It's an incredible deal and great way to get around DOWNTOWN.

The condos are great fun, being smack dab in the middle of one of the
world’s most famous Entertainment Districts, Sixth Street. I do like
to tell people that Sixth Street is very wild and crazy, raucous, and
loud, especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. It's people
watching at its best and all at your front door. And, Sixth Street
itself is directly in the center of Downtown Austin so all the other
entertainment districts, Red River and the Warehouse District are
within walking distance as well, within 3 blocks. There is lots to do
both Day and Night.

$150 per night for first 2 nights, then ONLY $99 per night, thereafter
