Our brand new (never a rental) 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath town home is
located on the 18th fairway of the "Ridge Course".
It is a very well laid out and spacious 1500+ Sq. Ft., split level with
all the amenities of your home with parking for 3 vehicles in front.
The master bedroom (King size bed) is on the main floor for those with
difficulties navigating stairs. The master bath is one to be in awe
over. It features a HUGE sunken tub, separate glass enclosed shower
stall, and private toilet area. His and Her sinks and vanity bar.
All of our baths feature hair dryers, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner and
body soap. Just bring your tooth paste, tooth brush and comb/hair brush.
The 2 bedrooms (queen and full/twin bunk) upstairs share a jack & jill
full serve bathroom with the same amenities as the master downstairs.
The kitchen is filled with all the features of home and every major
convenience is there for your use. We have place settings that handle
your dinner party up to 10.
In the evening, enjoy a good movie on our 32 inch HD flat screen LCD
TV via local cable service or our 1080i DVD player. Bring your
favorite DVD movies to watch. We also have a PS2 for the younger
ones...bring your own games.
Our gas fireplace is a great place to wind down the evening as well
with a good book.
We are located close to one of the indoor swimming pools, outdoor
public Jacuzzis, and Golf/Sports centers located at Eagle Crest.
You can sit on the deck and watch people Golf while enjoying our hot
tub or when simply enjoying your favorite spirits and grilling on our
BBQ.
The physical address of our home is 981 Golden Pheasant Dr., which is
in the Forest Greens area. We are just a few short blocks from the
main road for easy access.
Due to the overall cleanliness of our home and for our future guests
enjoyment, smoking is never permitted indoors and pets are welcome if
medically necessary. A per pet deposit is required and is partially
refundable (please inquire)
