Palm Breeze Waterfront Home in Key West

This home is not in the downtown Duval Street area. It is a quick,
five mile drive to Duval Street. What it does offer is the
relaxation and privacy of a 3 BR/2 BA waterfront home
located directly on a channel with a seawall and boating
accommodations that has access to the Gulf. (Your boat, 24-25 feet
max, must be an outboard and not draw more than 2 feet of water.)
The house has been completely renovated. The master BR has a king
sized bed and private bathroom with large shower. The other two
bedrooms each have a queen bed. A tropical Florida room overlooks
the water. There is a large kitchen fully equipped and washer/dryer.
Watch the sunsets and the sea birds and fish as you relax off of the
deck and occasionally get a glimpse of the iguanas as they sunbathe.

There are three televisions -- one in the living room,
one in the Florida room, and one in the bedroom. Phone service and
dial-up internet access is available. A charcoal grill is
also available for your outdoor cooking needs. There is a driveway
to park your car and boat and also offstreet parking available.

The location is an easy drive or taxi to downtown Duval Street for
fun and entertainment. Enjoy island living, visit Ernest Hemingway's
home and ride the Conch train to learn the history of Key West and
all that Key West offers. Don't miss the fabulous Key Lime Pie. A
beautiful golf course is nearby. Enjoy all the water sports -- jet
skiing, charter boats, fishing, etc.

Rates fluctuate depending on the season -- low season (May-October)
and high season (November-April). Weekly Rate $1,200-$1,800; Monthly
Rate $3,500-$4,500. During special events such as Fantasy
Fest or Race Week the rates may be higher. Check for rate specials.
