30 Minute Drive to Saratoga Race track and casino. Slip away to the
track or pass time on the Lake or in Lake George Village with
thousands of activities to choose from. Or just stay at home, cook
on the grill and relax on the deck.
Plenty of Parking space, room for several vehicles with trailers w/
boats,snowmobiles, jet skis etc.
1/2 mile from public boat launch. Property is located directly on
snowmobile trails.
35 minutes from Gore Mountain, 15 minutes from West Mountain or
Hickery Ski centers.
Easy walk to the Lake or to the Village Center.
Close to Adirondack Northway entrance so Village traffic is never a
problem even during the busiest events.

$1000/wk May 1st – July 19th
$1150/wk July 20 – September 2nd
$200.00/night 2 night minimum
$750/wk September 3rd – April 30
$150/night - 2 night minimum
October 1 - May 30 $1800/month
CHECKIN : 4:00pm or after
CHECK OUT : 11:00am or before
*$500 Deposit due at time of reservation. Full payment required one
month prior to time of stay (when time permits).
*Please call for availability. Then make deposit immediately so that
your requested dates can be ensured.
*Requested dates will not be scheduled until the agreed upon deposit
has been made.
*Payments accepted via Paypal, wire transfers, certified check, money
order.
*Cancellations and or failure to make full payment 30 days prior to time of stay
may result in loss of deposit.
