Enjoy the breath-taking view of palmetto trees, lagoons and Seabrook's
championship golf courses from the deck of our villa located
conveniently across the street from the ocean with its three miles of
wide, smooth, sandy beach. Also, right across the street is the
Seabrook Island Club's beautiful pools and Sunset Pavilion. Next to
our villa is the Club's new multi-million dollar Island House with the
golf pro shop and restaurants providing casual and fine dining. The
Club's two world class golf courses include practice putting greens
and a driving range. All this just outside our front door.
Our villa has been recently redone with upgrades galore. Some of the
luxury details of the villa include: new Brazilian cherry hardwood
floors, new ceramic tile entry, new windows, new appliances,
appliances, remodeled bathrooms with ceramic tile floors, refurbished
and fully appointed kitchen including granite counter tops, and a new
air-conditioning system for year-round comfort.
Please note that pets are not allowed.

The owners of the villa are members of the Seabrook Island Club. As
our guests you will be given an amenity card that allows you to use
the Club's amenities which include the swimming pools, the
restaurants, the fitness center, the golf courses, the tennis courts,
and the equestrian center. Some of the amenities--such as the
restaurants and golf courses--have guest-of-member usage fees.

* At the entrance to Seabrook Island is Freshfields, a new shopping
village, that features a full service food market with standard and
gourmet items including fresh sea food and fine wines. The village
has a number of fine specialty shops, an excellent restaurant, a pizza
parlor, and several lunch bars.
* Also at the entrance to Seabrook Island is the newly refurbished
Bohicket Marina that offers deep sea fishing, sunset cruises and fine
dining.
* The Seabrook Island Club offers a "Kids Program" during the summer.
* Golf and tennis lessons are available from the Club's professionals.
* Charleston which is just 30 minutes from Seabrook provides a rich
variety of fantastic experiences such as its famous aquarium,
Patriot's Point with a decommissioned aircraft carrier that is now a
museum, legendary restaurants, scenic historic plantations, historic
house museums such as the Russell House, the Gibbs Museum, a multitude
of art and antique shops, theater, concerts and much more. A walk
along the battery at White Point Gardens is a must.

Fall: $280/night ... $1400/week
Winter: $200/night ... $ 1000/week
Spring: $280/night ... $1400/week
Summer: $360/night ... $1800/week

Reservations involving Easter will reflect summer rates. There is a Seabrook Island sales tax and a registration fee.
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
Fee for Seabrook Club amenity access cards is paid by the villa owner.
