Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the breath-taking view of palmetto trees, lagoons and Seabrook's 
championship golf courses from the deck of our villa located 
conveniently across the street from the ocean with its three miles of 
wide, smooth, sandy beach.  Also, right across the street is the 
Seabrook Island Club with its beautiful pools, state-of-the-art 
fitness center, and multiple eating experiences including casual and 
fine dining. 
The Club's two world class golf courses include practice putting 
greens and a driving range. Our villa has been recently redone with 
upgrades galore.  Some of the luxury details of the villa include: new 
appliances, remodeled bathrooms with ceramic tile floors, refurbished 
and fully appointed kitchen including granite counter tops, and a new 
air-conditioning system for year-round comfort.     
Please note that pets are not allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The owners of the villa are members of the Seabrook Island Club.  As 
our guests you will be given an amenity card that allows you to use 
the Club's amenities which include the swimming pools, the 
restaurants, the fitness center, the golf courses, the tennis courts, 
and the equestrian center.  Some of the amenities--such 
as the restaurants and golf courses--have guest-of-member usage fees. 
 
Special amenities for our villa include  
* FREE local telephone calling 24/7 
* FREE hi-speed DSL internet 
* 4 queen-sized beds, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans 
* a washer and dryer, a TV in each bedroom and the living room 
* DVD/VCR/CD players, cordless telephone 
* coffee maker, ice maker, microwave 
* covered parking on lower level with an elevator to the top level 
where our villa is located 
  
* Linens and housekeeping are provided by Seabrook Exclusives. 
 

Activities and Attractions

* At the entrance to Seabrook Island is Freshfields, a new shopping 
village, that features a full service food market with standard and 
gourmet items including fresh sea food and fine wines.  The village 
has a number of fine specialty shops, an excellent restaurant, and 
lunch bars.  
* Also at the entrance to Seabrook Island is the newly refurbished  
Bohicket Marina that offers deep sea fishing, sunset cruises and fine 
dining. 
* The Seabrook Island Club offers a "Kids Program" during the summer. 
* Golf and tennis lessons are available from the Club's professionals. 
* Charleston which is just 30 minutes from Seabrook provides a rich 
variety of fantastic experiences such as its famous aquarium, 
Patriot's Point with a decommissioned aircraft carrier that is now a 
museum, legendary restaurants, scenic historic plantations, historic 
house museums such as the Russell House, the Gibbs Museum, a multitude 
of art and antique shops, theater, concerts and much more. A walk 
along the battery at White Point Gardens is a must.

Spring ..Mar 15 - June 6 ........$250/night ... $1200/week 
Summer.. June 7 - Aug 15 ........$340/night ... $1700/week 
Fall.....Aug 16 - Oct 17 ........$250/night ... $1200/week 
Winter ..Oct 18 - Mar 13, 2009 ..$150/night ... $ 800/week 
Easter week will reflect summer rates.  
Seabrook Island requires a 10.5% sales tax.   
Our booking agent requires a 3.5% registration fee.  
A minimum of 3 days is required.  
Rental guests in our villa will receive Seabrook Club amenity access 
cards without charge.  
VISA, Mastercard, and Discover Cedit Cards accepted.
