Vacation Rental Description

Lauloa Condominium
The condominium is a two-bedroom/two-bath unit, consisting of 
approximately 1200 square feet, including a lanai (balcony) 
extending off both the living room and master bedroom.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen (including 
microwave), washer/dryer, color TV with VCR, ceiling fans, dining 
area and private phone.  In addition, all linens and towels are 
furnished.  Cleaning of the unit, before and after your visit, is 
included.

Activities and Attractions

LAULOA is set in the heart of Maalaea - a quiet area 3 miles west of 
Kihei.  The layout of the building affords the unit with complete 
privacy and spectacular views of Haleakala and many ocean 
activities.  Just beyond the lawn and mini sea wall lies one of the 
most incredible coral reefs in the world and one of the best areas 
for snorkeling.  Within easy walking distance is the start of miles 
of undeveloped beach, reaching to Kihei and beyond.  Behind the 
beach are sugar can fields and tidelands.  Also within walking 
distance are three restaurants, a mini grocery store, a new 
aquarium, and a small boat harbor, which offers sport fishing, 
snorkeling and sailing opportunities. Maalaea, being centrally 
located, is conveniently close to five excellent golf courses, 
should you decide to take in a round.  During the winter months, 
December through April, Maalaea Bay is host to migrating humpback 
whales, during which time the mothers and new calves put on a 
spectacular show you can watch while relaxing on your private Lanai! 
Also an Under ground Aquarium ,shops and miniature golf 5 minute walk
