situated just steps from the sand in the center of Miami Beach. With
full city and partial beach views. Located only minutes from South
Beach, Miami International Airport, the Port, Convention
Centers/Arenas, and downtown Miami. You can also travel to Ft.
Lauderdale airport. Conveniently located, walk or drive to
restaurants, parks, drug stores, supermarkets, minutes from shopping
malls and all night entertainment. Plenty of public transportation
is available across the street.

Whit the purpose that you enjoy your vacation in Miami Beach this
condo studio is equipped for short and long term housing, singles or
family use; provided with towels and linens, complete kitchen with
granite countertops, electric stove top, microwave oven,
refrigerator, plenty of cabinets, pots/pans/cookware, dishes and
tableware, coffeemaker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, iron/board,
and cleaning utensils. Granite dining counter with barstools.
Furnished with a queen-size bed and a full-size futon sofa
(accomodations 1-4, maximum 4),full bathroom with mirrors and hair
drier. For your enjoyment there is also TV with CATV, DVD, Phone
AM/FM radio and wireless Internet. Complete laundry facilities available in each floor
with coin washers/dryers.

Full amenities include sparkling beach, heated pool, fishing,
snorkeling, surfing, restaurant/bar/lounge, nitgthclubs,sightseeing,
shopping, museums, theaters, and many many other outdoors
activities.

You can walk to Publix and other supermarkets and pharmacy. There

days in advance of check in date. No refunds are offered beyond 30
