with access to a nearly private beach. The condominium property also 
backs up to a yacht basin accessing the Intracostal waterway.  The 
building is privately tucked away by lush, tropical landscaping that 
is very well maintained.
 
Just 1 1/2 miles south of famous Atlantic 
Avenue- a hot spot for shopping and features many great dining 
establishments and entertainment venues. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished unit (new central A/C) including refrigerator, 
microwave, HDTV surround sound and entertainment system, computer 
with internet, local phone, table for four, dishes, queen sleigh 
bed, leather couch, etc. 

Water, lots of beautiful water.   

Activities and Attractions

Outdoor activities are abound and include walking, running, cycling, 
scuba diving, surfing, fishing, etc.

This seasonal rental is going for $2200 per month (9 months or 
less). Paying in lump sum, there is a 5% discount or $2090 per 
month. Reservations currently being accepted beginning August, 2007.
