Beach Villa in Pelican Key + Rental Car + Jacuzzi = One Rate! In 
cooperation with one of the biggest and most reliable car 
rental companies on the island we can offer you a wide variety, please 
inquire for a detailed list. 
 
Imagine yourself relaxing on our large terrace overlooking the  
turquoise Caribbean sea. Watch the yachts and sailboats pass by  
while taking a refreshing swim off the beach in front of our  
property. Enjoy breathtaking Caribbean sunsets while sipping your  
favorite drink in our oceanfront Jacuzzi. Majestic cruise ships  
passing right in front of you with their lights illuminated on the  
way to their next destination. Our large and partly covered terrace  
is also ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade at any given  
time of the day.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa features a large living room opening onto the terrace and  
a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Our spacious Master  
bedroom as well as the guest bedroom has A/C and their own bath with  
shower. Amenities include Cable TV (40+ US channels), CD/Stereo,  
washer, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,  
toaster, utensils etc.) and private parking. Linen, towels & beach  
towels are provided.

Activities and Attractions

Located in the upscale residential area of Pelican Key we can offer  
you a romantic getaway while being close to all the island has to  
offer. You are just minutes away from all the entertainment, 20+  
restaurants, bars, shops, casinos, water sports, cinema and several  
additional beaches, yet this place gives you all the peace and quiet  
you need. In addition it only takes about 15-20 min. to get to the  
airport or to Philipsburg and Marigot, the 2 capitals of the island.
