Vacation Rental Description

This private dream home is located on the highest hilltop in the town of Moca, Puerto Rico.  It has  
many access routes to nearby towns and beaches, and is only 30 minutes away from the Aguadilla  
Airport (BQN).  The house makes for an excellent family vacation getaway or for honeymooners wanting  
to be all alone.  It has a beautiful peaceful surrounding area of hills, valleys and an ocean view.   
The land also has a variety of tropical fruits for you to consume.   Should you decide to visit, a  
representative will greet you, show you the way to the house and give you everything you need to get  
started with your relaxing stay in this nature delight.  You will have your own private remote  
control gate access with a completely fenced in half acre yard and yet another acre in the back for  
you to walk around and explore.  You can let the kids run wild or play your favorite outdoor sports  
inside your peaceful yard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is comfortably furnished and has three large bedrooms, each with their own key entrance.   
The master is complete with a king size bed, TV/DVD, air conditioning and private bathroom.  The other 
bedrooms are newly furnished with air conditioner and ceiling fan.  There are two bathrooms with hot  
water, a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room, a stereo system in the living room and washer and  
dryer.  Bed linens and towels are also provided so you only need to bring clothing, personal items  
and food. 

Activities and Attractions

Although you are in a Caribbean paradise, much about Puerto Rico is similar to the USA so you’ll fit  
in just right.  The roads leading to this vation home are filled with beautiful countryside views and  
the feel you get from being up there is wonderful.  The air is always fresh and the weather is always  
very nice.  You will be conveniently close to all the west coast beaches where you can snorkel, scuba  
dive, surf or watch the whales at Rincon.  Perhaps you prefer bike riding through the hilltop roads  
or if you like to play blackjack, you can visit the near by Holiday Inn Hotel Casino in Mayaguez. 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

To reserve your vacation spot, there is a $200 deposit, that applies toward your rental fee. 
The minimum stay is, 4 days, 3 nights. $650.00 
Each additional night is, $100.00 or $1000.00 per week. 
The refundable security/damage deposit is, $500.00.  
You have no hidden fees or taxes.
