From the oriental rugs to the numerous skylights in the great room, bedroom and bath, and everything in between, no detail is spared. The Great Room features not only two skylights but also a 42" satellite TV  including  premium movie channels and 68 music channels, DVD/VCR player, stereo, leather sofa,chair and  ottoman ,ceiling fan, neutral  Williamsburg colors, two lake view window box seats and tasteful accessories and artwork throughout.

The bath and bedroom both also feature skylights, built-in bookshelves, a second satellite TV with movie and music channels, DVD/VCR player, tastefull accessories, walk-in closet, and stereo.  French Doors in the bedroom open on to a spacious second floor private balcony which overlooks a THREE  MILE PANORAMIC SUNSET LAKE VIEW.

The home has a year round lush green lawn courtesy of the underground sprinkler system while a canopy of trees provides shaded outdoor comfort without obstructing the spectacular panoramic lake view. Launch your own boat or Jet Skis at the nearby boat launch ramps or rent them nearby at one of the public launch ramps. After a day on the lake, tie up your boat and Jet Skis and take a swim at the large floating deep water dock which is also covered for the protection of those with sun sensitive complexion or combine relaxation and fun with the colorful lounge floats which are provided free for the use of our guests. Too comfy and mellowed out to swim? Then just relax with a cold one in the shaded hammock area. Don't feel like cooking? Just order from one of the local restaurants that deliver or cater. Lake Norman is a popular year round retreat. It is the largest man
made lake in North Carolina with over 32,500 acres and over 520
miles of shoreline. It is 34 miles long and 8 miles wide at its
widest point. Every evening you will experience BREATHTAKING
