Bella Vista del Mar is located on the "Gold Coast" of Costa Rica
which is considered to be the prime location in Costa Rica to
vacation. Our townehome is located in the town of Potrero in an
upscale, gated community called Villas Catalinas. Our home is very
close to the beach... A quick five minute walk to either a
beautiful, secluded white sand or black sand beach.

Our elegant townehome blends spacious living, comfort and luxury
with magnificent views of Flamingo, Playa Penca, Playa Prieta, and
incredible Pacific sunsets. Watching the sunset from our terrace
with the waves crashing in the background truly makes time stand
still! The shared infinity pool also has a breathtaking panoramic
view of the coastline.

Our home has been tastefully decorated to reflect the Costa Rican
culture. All of our furniture has been handmade by Costa Rican
craftsman. It has granite and marble countertops throughout and has
all the amenities to make your stay very comfortable.

Bella Vista del Mar is 2500 sq. ft.,two story with 3 bedrooms and 3
baths. It was completed in February 2006. It sleeps 8. The main
level includes the livingroom, dining room, large gourmet kitchen,
large outside terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is
also a full bath and bedroom with 4 bunkbeds (which are large and
comfortable) on the main level. The
lower level has a large master suite with a king size bed and
private bathroom. Also on this level is a second bedroom with a
queen bed and attached private bathroom. All the bedrooms have a
nice ocean view. A laundry room is also on this floor with washer,
dryer and second refrigerator/freezer. All rooms are air
conditioned. Our home is a non-smoking home. No pets please.

We have a daily groundskeeper and a maid which comes twice weekly.

There are many activities including zip line adventure, horseback
riding on the beach or in the mountains, surfing, scuba diving,
snorkling, deep sea fishing, exploring on ATV's, white water
rafting, laying by the pool or the beautiful white or black sand
beach. All activities within 30 minutes of our home!!

Christmas/New Years Week: $3500 US/week

Generally minimum stay 3 nights. Multiple week stays available.
You are encouraged to inquire.

50% deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to
arrival.
Deposits over Christmas and Easter week nonrefundable.
