the 1st floor at the back of the complex. French doors, tile
floors,charming casual island decor. Open to an outdoor wood deck
area with patio furniture.
Living room has a comfy couch, chairs, and queen futon for extra bedding
Color tv with cable. Grocery store on Island Estates.
We have a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use.

Queen size bed w/ all needed linens.
Queen Futon sofa in living room that could be extra bedding if needed.
Cable Color TV....WIFI for your computer
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher,toaster, coffeemaker,
dishes, pots and pans.)           Dining table and 4 chairs

What a Great Beach Location ! You can walk everywhere !
Walk to many restaurants and bars. Walk to Pier 60 with many fun
activites, artists selling their wares, souvineer shops, magic shows,
live music, and more !!!
Many boat excursions are located at the Marina. Walk to a
public Pool...just minutes away (2 blocks). Jet ski rentals and para
sailing are located on the beach....Also we have an educational
Marine Center on Island Estates.
Catch "The Jolly Trolly" that will take you up and down the Beach.
