The Sunshine Retreat has just been furnished with all new custom
decorations and furnishings and put on the market as a vacation
rental. This relaxing and sunny home boasts a total of 3 bedrooms and
2 bathrooms with sleeping space for up to 8 in 1 king bed, 1 queen
bed, and 4 twin beds (two sets of bunk beds).

The home's spacious and quiet backyard includes large grassy area, a
brick patio space with gourmet gas bbq grill, tranuil outdoor dining
table and chairs with shade umbrella, flowering tropical plants and
delicious tangerine tree which create the prefect place for familys to
spend a sunny afternoon together.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the
Birdrock community of La Jolla. This home is relaxing and peaceful
with a large living room, open floor plan and hardwood floors
throughout. The living room is fully equipped with a comfortable
couch, 32 inch flat screen HD television with full cable channels, a
dvd player, working fireplace, and large sunny windows that look out
into both the front and back yards. The cozy beach atmosphere in the
home will make you feel relaxed and at the beach from the moment you
walk in.

The kitchen is complete with all necessary appliances including oven,
refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Plus this home has dishes,
glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, margarita pitcher
and glasses, pots and pans, as well as all kitchen utensils and small
appliances necessary to prepare any meal. There is lots of counter
space plus a wooden block center island.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen television, nightstand
tables with reading lamps on each side of the bed, walk in closet and
its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ipod
compatible stereo system, large spacious and mirrorer closet,
nightstand tables with reading lamps on each side of the bed, plus a
large sunny window looking out into the tropical backyard. The
colorful third bedroom has two set of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds
total) plus a large mirrored closet with built in shelving. The main
bathroom is just off the hall between the second and third bedroom.
All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are
provided.

This home is a great place to spend your vacation and enjoy your stay
in our beach neighborhood. We provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach
chairs, beach towels, a cooler, bicycles and wagon to carry everything
with you so that you can better enjoy the area the way locals do.

High speed internet, telephone with unlimited local and long distance
and a full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to
the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your
credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before
5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items

vacation rental rates

$1,800/week or $300/night or $5,400/month during the Winter Season
(October 1 - May 31)
$2,000/week or $335/night during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years,
Spring Break/Easter, Memorial Day
$2,200/week or $365/night during Mid Season (June 1 - 14 and September
2 - 30)
$2,400/week during the Summer season - weekly basis from Saturday -
Saturday only (June 15 - Sept 1)


**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or refundable
security deposit.
**We require a minimum 4 night rental during the Winter and Holiday
seasons
