Back yard southern exposure with lake view and mountain view. 
Located on the North side of town and just minutes from the boat 
launch and down town. Please no smoking.

island and bar stools; bar stool height dining table; great southern 
exposure back yard with lounge chairs for sun bathing; newer A/C 
unit and also swamp cooler for keeping humidity in the air; great 
location for Havasu activities.....close to lake, close to off-
roading, close to golf courses, close to town, close to great 
restaurants.

Boating, swimming, family vacation, water skiing, wave runners,

Summer..$200/single nt; $300/weekend; $850/wk; $1750/mo includes 
utilities

Holiday..$250/day (4 day / 3 night min) Spring Break, Memorial Day, 
July 4, Labor Day

Security/Damage Deposit..$1500 (100% refundable if home left in same 
condition as it was at time of rental) Non-refundable cleaning fee 
$150.00

10% Discount to return renters.
