I'm Feeling Beachy in Crescent Beach

Great beach house located directly on the ocean in Cresent Beach (just south of St. Augustine Beach).  A short walk over the dunes and you are on the best beach in Florida!
Newly remodled and re-decorated home is great for families.
Upstairs is a wonderful view of the ocean from the kitchen and
living room. Big deck runs the width of the house.
Two big bedrooms and a bath are up stairs too. Each bedroom has a
quality Queen bed. Bathroom off the living
room.

Downstairs has a large sitting area with sofa, love seat and TV.
The downstairs bedroom has another quality Queen bed. Full Bathroom
off the sitting area.  Downstairs off the sitting area is a converted single car garage. Currently this area is tiled. The washer dryer are in here along the
HVAC and pump. Good area for kids to get away and play when they are
tired of the sun.

Fully stocked kitchen. Toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave,
etc.

Cable TV, Cable Internet and Wi-Fi.

Deck has large picnic table that seats 10. There also is a round
metal table with four comfortable chairs. This is the official happy
hour station :-). Five can sit around this table easy.
Downstairs outside patio has table for sorting your beach treasures
and stuff.

Outside shower and hose for getting rid of the sand on your feet and
in your shorts (!)  Back yard is entirely fenced in.

Tons and tons of stuff to do in St. Augustine.

RATES
January, February, March & April: $1,900/month (no weekly Jan, Feb or March).
May & June: $2,300 per month or $900/week.(April weekly)
July, August & September: $975/week (no monthly).
October, November & December: $1,500/month

FEES
$175 fee for first pet. $85 each additional pet.
$125 Cleaning fee.
$600 Security Deposit.
