Vacation Rental Description

Newly built 2 bedroom apartment located on one of the most beautiful 
beaches on the west coast of the island.  This 2 bedroom unit is 
beautifully designed with an open plan living/dining and well 
appointed kitchen.  Marble tiles flow thoughout the unit with both 
bedrooms offering en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets.  There is 
also 2 lovely patios with open opening on to spectacular ocean 
views.  There is also a small cottage on the grounds but this 
currentaly is not avail for rental.  However Beyond The Reef Upper 
can be rented together with the three bedroom unit downstairs to 
accommodate large parties.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located directly on the beach of the most popular west coast of the 
island.  The house is fully equiped with a well appointed kitchen.  
Shopping is just 10 mins drive away as well as popular restaurants. 
45 mins drive from the airport.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer US$400/nt 
Winter US$700/nt

Rates are subject to 7.5% VAT and are quoted in US$ per night
