Vacation Rental Description

Besides having fully equipped kitchens and an out door gas grill, a Continental breakfast of fresh 
muffins, bagels, Nature Valley Breakfast Bars, 100% Arabica whole bean coffee is also provided free! 

There is a (2) bedroom, (2) bath apartment on the 1st floor of the main house and two (1) bedroom 
apartments available in the carriage house. 

In the late 1800's Richard M. Lester built this Classical Revival Plantation Mansion in the Thomas 
Sq. Historic District. The wealthy and socially prominent Lester family played an important role 
throughout Savannah's early history and is the subject of John Jake's recent novel, ''Savannah or A 
Gift for Mr. Lincoln'. Located on a quiet street, the house under went a complete restoration during 
2005 and 2006. 

The owner lives on the 2nd floor of the main house with his (3) Great Danes, Charlie, Moose and 
Scooter.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The entire property is a Wi-Fi Hot spot and cable TV with HBO.
Gas grill in the back yard.
100% Egyptian cotton sheets and towels.

Close enough to walk downtown, although a car is recomended, but away from the sight

$99 Week Nights, $130 Weekend Nights, (3) night min.

$199 Week Nights, $275 Weekend Nights, (2) night min.
Parties greater than 4 guests: $25 per night for each additional guest.
