are just footsteps away from a beach that is practically your own,
it's the perfect place to revive your mind, body and soul. Our home
is ideally located for families who want to keep an eye on their
kids having fun on the beach.

Deja Vu is a charming single-story stilted house offering three
bedrooms and one bathroom that will accommodate 6 people very
comfortably and is perfect for a long-term stay. (Queen size Bed in
master bedroom, Full size Bed in second bedroom, and 2 Twin Beds in
third bedroom)*** SLEEP IN ABSOLUTE COMFORT IN ACTUAL BEDROOMS, NO
ONE HAS TO SLEEP IN THE LIVING AREA ON A FUTON, PULLOUT BED OR SOFA
BED OF ANY KIND ***
The house is exceptionally clean and was completely renovated in
2006 to a high standard including a fully equipped kitchen with new
appliances and granite counter tops, full central air
conditioning/heat, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living and dining
area, ceramic tiled flooring throughout, and a washer/dryer for your
convenience.
Within walking distance Sea Isle subdivision offers a community
swimming pool, boat launch, marina, restaurant, fishing pier, tennis
court, and a playground. Within a short drive there are restaurants,
convenience stores, gas stations, banks, and much more.

Rental Policy Terms and Conditions:
* We rent only to family groups,couples and responsible adults over
the age of 25.
* Maximum Occupancy 6 people.
* Minimum Rental 3 Nights.
* A lease agreement is required.
* Pets and Smoking are not allowed inside our home.
* 50% Deposit required within 7 days of booking to hold dates.
* Full payment is due no less than 31 days prior to arrival.
* $300 Refundable Security Deposit required.
* Discount offered for long-term rentals of 30 days or more.
* No Pets Allowed.
* Smoking Not Allowed.
