Vacation Rental Description

Sophisticated top floor unit with sweeping ocean views. Enter our home and be captivated 
by light-filled dramatic living room with 18-foot vaulted ceiling, travertine marble floors, 
ocean views from every room, and unobstructed sunsets from our lanai 365 days a year. 

Decorated in a Pan Asian motif, stylish and comfortable; a unique take on a tropical 
paradise. The unit is decorated with artwork and furnishings ranging from Hawaii, the 
Philipines, Indonesia, and Japan. 

The lanai features a raised redwood deck providing an unobstructed view of the sunset 365 days a year
from Lanai to Molokai from the comfort of our ergonomic lanai furniture. 

Our full service kitchen, with granite countertops throughout provides all the comforts of 
being at home, with the additional benefit of wonderful ocean views right out the kitchen 
windows which open out on to the lanai for indoor outdoor living

The master bedroom features a Cal king platform bed, carefully crafted Chinese style night 
stands, corner exposure with breathtaking views, large soaking tub and separate shower. 
The master bedroom has air conditioning, rarely needed with the cross ventilation that the 
location of the unit provides. This cross ventilation keeps the entire unit cool day and 
night. Cable TV with HBO and DVD player is provided as well. 

The second bedroom feature 2 comfortable twin beds, convertible into a king size style 
bed. The bedroom faces east and overlooks tropical landscaping for a serene tranquil 
setting. For the kids, or iPod enthusiasts, a clock radio with iPod speakers is provided as 
well as a portable DVD player. Newly rebuilt closets are featured in both bedrooms.

As a guest of The Palms at Wailea, you are entitled to a discount at the three Wailea 
Championship Golf Courses and the Wailea Tennis Club. 

The Shops At Wailea are just a short walk away.
