minutes). Includes 3 TVs, DVD, stereo, Karaoke machine, piano,
desktop computer, printer, scanner, high speed Internet, cable,
washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen, and pantry. Also, dining
room with bay window, living room with fireplace and large boveda
ceiling, and T.V./entertainment room with convertible sofa bed. Both
bedrooms have two queen beds each, their own full bathrooms, ceiling
fans, electric heaters, and large closets. Ample terraza with
cantera floor and columns, many potted plants and flowers, and a
breakfast table. Maid service included for one full day per week.
More days can be contracted at $15/day.

Other amenities include community pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, garden, 24-
hour security gate, gated parking.

Shopping center nearby with grocery store and gymnasium. Other: Golf,
tennis, shopping, thermal baths, spas, biking, hiking, tours by bus,
walking or horseback, cultural events, art galleries, mariachis,
language & art schools, artesania market, super markets, restaurants,
English language library, theater, movies and concerts. International
airports: Leon, Guanajuato, Queretaro or Mexico D.F.

Dates available: June 2007, September 2007 - January 2008. April 2008
through remainder of 2008.

Rates: 2 persons $1400 per month, 2 adults/2 children or 4 adults
$1500 per month, $480 per week.

Refundable security deposit of $500.

Cable, Internet, electricity, security and maintenance included in
the rent for up to 6 months. If rental contract extends to 6 months
or more, renters pay all services direct.

Long distance phone service in Mexico NOT included.
