This town home offers two bedrooms on the second floor, each equipped with their own bathrooms. The spacious master suite and bathroom are perfect for retreating. One can access each floor by using the stairs or the convenient elevator which makes this home perfect for guests of any age. The third floor takes you to the living area and the open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You will also find the third bedroom with the third full bath. If you look up, there is a loft that can be used as another sleeping area. You can access the outside deck from this loft and enjoy riveting views of downtown Charleston and the marina.

Perfect in every way...

Can't say enough good things about this townhouse but I'll try. Seven women stayed here and it was more than enough room for all of us. Location is great - so convenient to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the marina and looking at the beautiful boats. The restaurant California Dreaming is within walking distance and we were repeat customers. Quick drive to Folly Beach. And the elevator was such a great help with loading and unloading luggage and food. Highly recommend!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Five minute access to downtown Charleston

This three-story condo includes a ground-floor garage for parking two medium-sized cars in a row. It can sleep up to six people with a loft for one more.

Bedrooms include one master with a large two-sink bathroom and two other small bedrooms with bathrooms, the master and one smaller bedroom having a flat screen TV.

The master suite and one bedroom make up the second floor while the third floor has the third bedroom and a large kitchen with dining table anda surround couch with a larger flat screen TV. All TVs include cable while there is also a WiFi for high-speed Internet access.

There is a spiral staircase leading to the loft, which has a private small porch overlooking the bay that is excellent for private reading with coffee or tea.

While the stairway up to the first floor from the garage is not welcoming, it is not a concern since there is a small elevator that can hold up to 950 pounds that services all three floors. There is enough closet space and with the elevator, moving luggage is no problem. The air conditioning and heat worked fine.

There were enough kitchen utensils and plates to serve dinner. And with a Teeter Harris 24-hour supermarket ten minutes or less away, we were even able to buy an aluminum roaster and serve turkey with stuffing to our guests.

The only con was previous guests never took out the garbage, sticking us with two huge bins and their flies to get out of the garage and onto the street. The recycled bin is picked up every other week so we were lucky to be there to get it out of the garage.

The condo is located right on a marina in walking distance to the wonderful California Dreaming restaurant. The Calhoun Street Bridge entrance to James Island or Charleston is right there at the light as you exit the marina area. If you want to go to the battery you can take the exit at the bottom of the bridge that runs into Broad Street, where East Bay street will lead you right down to the battery.

To get to the condo from the north, we would recommend forgetting the Garmin GPS and simply taking I-26 East (south) to the King Street exit south down to Calhoun, which is the corner where the Francis Marion hotel stands. A right on Calhoun and you're five minutes from the condo right across the bridge.

If you have a large family or are planning guests, this is a perfect location for a week's get away.

The condo was very nice and clean. There is plenty of room and we used all three bedrooms and baths. There is a loft with a futon that didn't look comfortable but what futon does? For our needs the location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood right on the Charleston Marina. Would recommend and would stay there again.
