Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath air conditioned villa on tranquil Tankah Bay 
offers luxury accommodation and amenities in a very private 
setting.   Both bedroom suites have king size beds plus a sitting 
area and comfortable futon couch. It sleeps a maximum of 4 adults 
and 2 children. A fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and 
living area.  Or, enjoy your meals by the pool or on the beach at 
your handmade tree-trunk picnic table.

Playa Belleza is perfect for two couples or a family.  
It sleeps 4-6 (maximum 4 adults) and is brand new - opening July 1, 
2007
Playa Belleza is located just1 1/2 hours south of the Cancun Airport 
in a scenic bay protected by the reef.

sway in a hammock with your favorite book, or enjoy your BBQ'd 
dinner at beach table overlooking the Caribbean. 
You can also enjoy the beauty of the Manatee cenote (a fresh stream 
from a series of underground caves and canals flowing to the sea).  
This is only a quarter mile walk from Playa Belleza.

Dec 20 2008 - Jan 3 2009 $ 5,000/Week 
 (Note- Rental is Saturday - Saturday)
       
Rates are in US dollars.  Sleeps 6 , Maximum 4 adults, no exceptions
Rates do not include 12% hotel tax.  Check-in 3pm  Check-out 10am

If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full 
is required upon reserving.  If a reservation is 
made outside of these 60 days, a 50% deposit is due at the time of 
reserving to confirm your reservation and 
balance due date will be 60 days prior to arrival date.  All holiday 
reservations require payment in full to confirm. 
The holidays include: US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and 
Easter holiday weeks.
