Vacation Rental Description

"Banana Rama" is the name of our property: When inquiring, please refer to Banana Rama for your 
needs.

You are directly on the Beach.  Your Balcony is your view to the Emerald Green Waters:  Just Look at 
the Amenities listed below:

Wait until you see our Magnificent large 1500 sq. ft. corner unit.  The size of this condominium 
home is incredible. The furniture is extremely comfortable.  Your full HDTV is a heart pounding 54 
inches in size.  The master bedroom suite is larger than in most Mansions.   Because this is a 
larger corner home. 

The Queen Guest Bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the Lights of Panama City.  A great place to 
relax with you have had enough of the beach.

Our lovely home on the Ocean is beautifully decorated and is CHILD FRIENDLY!  A pack and play and a 
portable high chair are available upon request. The unit has an ice maker and wet bar, a fully 
stocked kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer in a large laundry room.

The unit sleeps eight. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 32-inch TV and DVD; the second 
bedroom has a queen-size bed, also with a TV and DVD. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a 13-inch 
TV and DVD. Plus a queen-size sleeper sofa is in the living room.

The Master Bedroom is very spacious with a separate vanity area that has a mirrored walk in closet.  
The bath area has a whirlpool tub large enough for two (hint, hint), separate shower and double 
vanity.  Both the master bath and the second bathroom are equipped with hair dryers.

The fully stocked kitchen includes all appliances, place settings for ten, pantry and breakfast bar.

The large balcony can be accessed from either the living room or master bedroom and overlooks the 
sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

** 4 POOLS - Two indoors/Two outdoors. Outdoor pool has waterfall.

** 3 HOT TUBS - One special Romantic Tub overlooking the Ocean.

** WADING POOL - Great for the little ones.

to Sunglasses and Drinks.

your senses.

** STEAM/SAUNA - You can relax with your favorite Wet or Dry heat.

** FITNESS CENTER - Full size Center rivals the big gyms.

** 650 FT BEACH FRONT - You have privacy without crowds for pure beach enjoyment.

bedroom. Large enough for two. Enjoy the late evening with your mate 
in privacy.
 
Shared Hot Tub (3): Lots of Hot tubs. At least 3 hot tubs grace this 
incredible property. Relax next to the ocean and sip your favorite 
beverage.
 
Shared Pool (4): Yes, there are 4 pools. Two are outdoors, and two 
pools are indoors. No matter whether it is sunny or rainy, you can 
enjoy the water.
 
Sauna: Wonderful relaxing Sauna in the fitness center. Enjoy peace 
at the end of a long day day on the beach. Steam room: Now that 
really is a luxury that is not offered in any other complex 

Full Kitchen: All you need for a gourmet meal or a quick snack

No Other property has: Oxygen Bar, Starbucks, Martini Bar. 1 beachside Waterfall pool, One covered

for almost everything including your favorite beverage. And don't forget the incredible Movie 
theater with first run movies. There is more; A Pool side restaurant if you are hungry or thristy.

outside the Complex, Putt Putt Golf, Restaurants Galore, Golf, Racing, Aquarium. Sunning. Swimming,
