Fabulous 5BR/3BA home in Emerald Shores!  Walk to the beach!  Recently updated!  New 55" LCD TV in the living room and new 32" TVs in the other bedrooms.  Bedroom on the main floor too!  Big and spacious floor plan with the living room open to the kitchen and dining room!  Big enough for everyone at the same time!  Breakfast bar for extra eating room too!  Sleeps up to 12 with at least 2 children.  There is a full bedroom on the main floor and 4 other bedrooms on the 2nd floor.  You'll find 2 queens and a bunk room with a trundle bed too!  The 2 bunk beds are designed for children.  The master has king bed and a huge bathroom with a separate tub and shower!  Nicely decorated and recently painted, this home is sure to please!  Nice front porch with a big table.  Have a meal or drinks outside!  The balcony is off the 2 front bedrooms with acess from each room.  The beach is a short 5 minute walk or hop on the tram during the Summer.  Other amenities include gates at both ends of the neighborhood, 2 pools, a tennis court, basketball goal, shuffle board, and a private beach cabana right on the beach!  The cabana is private to Emerald Shores and has picnic tables, lounge chairs, and restrooms right on the beach!  There is a seasonal bar service too!  Centrally located just off Scenic 98 and walking distance to Kenny D's, Captain Daves, Pompano Joes, and the Crab Trap!  The Destin Commons Mall is only 2 miles to the West and the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall is 2 miles to the East!  There are 10 Golf courses in the area and all very close!  A small dog may be okay but must be approved and requires and extra fee $100.
