This newly and beautifully upgraded quiet single story End unit is  
ON the 16th fairway of the Arnold Palmer managed Tahquitz Creek Golf 
Course (Legends).  Most desirable location in Mountain Shadows with 
spectacular views of the lush green fairways, San Jacinto and San 
Gorgonio  mountain ranges from every window and patio of our unit.  
Mountain Shadows is a gated community.  The spacious, private 2 
front patio's boast awesome golf course & mountain views.  The rear 
patio is only steps from 1 of 6 pools in the complex with views of 
the Chocolate mountains.  

The master bedroom has a large sliding door on to the private back 
patio w/king size bed and cable T.V.  The guest bedroom has a queen 
size bed w/large window overlooking the golf course and mountains. 
The master bath has a tub/shower sink & toilet, the guest bath has a 
sink/toilet.

The Living room has spectacular golf course/mountain views 
from 3 large windows,1 looking North, 1 South and 1 West to the tram 
including awesome views of the fairways and surrounding mountains. 

High Speed Internet service and UNLIMITED Local and Long Distance 
Phone calls are available at no additional charge.

This unit has a wet bar, cathedral ceilings, dining room with 
mountain views, large remodeled kitchen with new granite counter 
tops, new stainless steel sink, pub table with 2 stools, and 3 
beautiful patios with tables and chairs on each patio and a Gas BBQ 
on the back patio.  2 mountain bikes are for your use and 2 rafts to 
enjoy at the pool.

You are a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse on the Tahquitz Creek golf 
course where you can enjoy a great breakfast/lunch on the green with 
spectcular views of the course and mountains.
