upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and bath with shower. The
main floor boasts an additional bedroom with bunkbed and single bed.
On the main floor there is a fully refinished
bathroom with shower and tub. The
house has a side sunroom with a single bed as well as a front living
area with a full size
futon and trundle/day bed. The living room has a pull-out loveseat
as well as an additional couch and loveseat.

The house has forced air heat and CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. A 20 x
40 ft deck
overlooking the lake has a stainless steel grill and two picnic table
that seat eight each. The
kitchen has a separate dining area. There is also a separate
laundry room w/ washer and
dryer.

$300.00 Refundable Deposit due to secure week choice.
Full payment due 10 days before occupancy. Full refund of
deposit will sent within 3 days after occupancy ends if there is no
damage to the property.

There are two summer weeks available with for a shorter duration starting on Monday through Saturday for a reduced rate of $1100.00/week.  These shorter duration weeks are:  June 17-22, 2013 and July 22-27,2013.

The $300.00 deposit and $60.00 cleaning fee still apply.
