Vacation Rental Description

South Seas Club is a 55 acre "gated" complex on the beautiful white 
powdered sand beach of Marco Island. South Seas North is located on 
the northeast end of the complex and includes garden and mid-rise 
condominiums. Walking paths wind throughout the complex, tropical 
landscaped paths lead you directly to the 3 1/2 mile beach.

This is a lovely first floor, two bedroom / two bath condo located 
in South Seas North mid-rise (Bldg. A). Easy access to the pool, 
boat docks and all amenities. The beautiful view from the screened 
lanai is overlooking Clam Bay. Large patio doors lead from the 
living room and master bedroom to a beautiful, large lanai which 
overlooks the waters of Clam Bay.

Dock access for boats, large heated pool, and tennis courts. This is 
a non-smoking unit.

Fort Myers airport. The island offers beaches, boating, fishing, 
shopping, numerous golf courses, and excellent restaurants. Once you 
come to Marco Island, you'll never want to leave !
