We would love to share our home with you and your family.We have  
many wonderful memories and you will also. 
This beautiful four storey home as 3 x bedrm 3 x bth 2 x Kitchens 2  
x living rooms 2 x diningrms and 3 x terraces. 
We have just added a new private salt water pool with a lime stone fountain.  
It is located in the luxurious tropical resort of Playacar phase 1 in Playa del Carmen.  
It is only  200 feet from the beautiful sandy Caribbean Sea. 
We are also about a 3 minute walk from the famous Quinta Avenida  
(5th Ave, pedestrial walkway).   
Tropical gardens surround this new home with Xaman-Ha Aviary as your  
neighbor. Three terraces offer you the view to nature's sacred  
paradise and the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. Mexican sophistication  
is featured in this romantic dwelling. It can be rented as a one  
bedroom, two bedroom or combined into a three bedroom unit. Come and  
enjoy the warmth and the charm of Casa Palmas de Baja

Casa Palmas-What can I say...From the point of view of a 23 year  
old "honeeeemooooners" as we are called down in Playa Del Carmen, it  
was paradise.  The house situated about 250m from the beach is a  
beautiful open concept home with lots of natural light.

This is an amazing house and city.  My husband and I rented the  
upstairs quarters for a week and could have stayed a month.  We both  
decided that we will never vacation in a hotel room again!  The view  
from the top is spectacular.  You are one block from the beach.

My words could not due the place justice.  It's a shame that the  
scale only goes up to 10, because this place is off the chart in  
every category.  My wife and I have been down many times & have now  
found our favorite spot to stay.  Luxurious convenience that is a  
bargain.

WOW! I completely agree with the other reviews posted here...You  
can't beat this as a vacation spot or find a better person to rent  
from!  Pauline was in constant contact with us from start to finish  
and her home is absolutely gorgeous as is the neighborhood it sits  
in. I can definitely recommend the upper stories (where we stayed).

Hi Pauline.  I just thought I’d send you a quick note to tell you we had a wonderful time in Playa  
Del Carmen.  We had a little difficulty getting our ride when we first arrived but everything went  
smoothly after that.  You have a beautiful house in a beautiful area.  We particularly enjoyed the  
atmosphere and view from the roof.  We were able to do many things while we were there, e.g. tour of  
Tulum, snorkeling, and had dinner cooked for us by Sergio’s parents.  And we found many fine  
restaurants along 5th Avenue, We will be sure to tell our friends about your place.  Thanks again  
for all your help in making this a great vacation.
