Vacation Rental Description

Escape the heat!!  A peaceful & relaxing get-away in the cool pines 
on the edge of the Coconino Forest in Munds Park, Arizona.  This 
newly renovated cabin features two private bedrooms, two full 
bathrooms, great room, full kitchen, a huge loft area, and a large 
deck to relax on.  Each bedroom has a king bed and the loft has one 
king,one double bed, a day bed with a trundle bed (2 twins) a couch 
and a foosball table.  There is a TV with basic cable in each 
bedroom & loft.  The great room has a TV with DVD & VCR, and wood 
burning fireplace. The kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, pots & 
pans, etc. you will need. (A few food items we have left there).  
All linens & towels available. Full size washer & dryer. Games, 
puzzles, books, toys for kids are available.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Can sleep up to 11! 10 in beds, 1 on the couch.

Activities and Attractions

The Coconino Forest is less than a quarter of a mile away.  Great 
for hiking, biking or driving on road through to Lake Mary.  
Flagstaff is approximately 30 minutes away with lots of resturants, 
shopping, Harkins Theater, NAU, Lowell's Observatory, just to 
mention a few. Snow Bowl in the winter for skiing, snowboarding etc.
Williams, AZ is approximately 50 miles away where you can pick up 
the train to the Grand Canyon if you do not wish to drive the 1:40 
drive yourself. Sedona is only a short beautiful drive away through 
Oak Creek Canyon with shopping, antiques, art galleries, etc. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly - $150 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekly - $950 per week (7 nights)
Monthly - $3500 per month 
(1 calendar month; check in on 1st, check-out on last day on month)

Holidays: rate applies to 2 nights prior to, night of holiday, and 2 
nights following the holiday.  Security Deposit will be higher.

Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, 
New Years
(4 night minimum) $170 per night or $1150 weekly

$250 Security deposit (refundable)& $85 cleaning fee required.
