Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy our chalet located in Roscommon County, Michigan, 1/2 mile 
from Higgins Lake. The Lake is reputed to be the sixth most 
beautiful lake in the world according to National Geographic 
Magazine. Approximately one million people visit Higgins Lake each 
year.

We have games and toys for kids to play with located in the loft.

Please No Smoking (you can smoke outdoors),and inquire about pets.

There is also a beautiful fire pit, sandbox, swings & grill outdoors.

Higgins Lake is approximately 10,300 acres, with a maximum water 
depth of 136 feet.

Vacation Rental Rates

PLease call Dates are going fast so, Hurry and book now before it's 
too late.

Summer (July, August) 
$700 per week or
$125 per night (two night minimum)



Fall/Spring (Sept thru Nov.)(April thru June) 
$550 per week or
$95 per night (two night minimum)

Winter (Dec thru March)
$600 per week or
$90 per night (two night minimum)

A $40.00 cleaning fee and 6% State of Michigan sales tax is in 
addition to the rates.

Terms

A $150 security deposit is due within 30 to 10 days from a rental 
agreement. Agreement and reserve date begins when security deposit 
received.

The entire amount to be paid by personal check 15 days or 
4 days certified check prior to occupancy or last minute 
reservations call.

Booked rate will not change. However,Rates are subject to change at 
any time.
