This lovely condo is comfortably turn-key furnished and only steps to 
the pool/jacuzzi. Golf course patio inlcudes gas bbq, table/chairs 
and loungers to enjoy the relaxed desert lifestyle. This single 
level, non smoking condo boasts 2 bedrooms each with its own bath. 
The master bedroom includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 has 2 twin 
beds.

public. There are also several semi-private Championship courses 
within 15 minutes,including Silver Rock, which is one of the 
tournament courses that the Bob Hope Tournament will be played on 
this year, (6 different tee boxes. Tennis is also available at PGA 
and City courts. La Quinta is the hub of the Coachella Valley and 
features all of your best dining, shopping, movies, hiking, biking, 
hot air ballooning and casinos, all within minutes. Palm Springs, 
about 20 minutes away offer the ariel Tramway and of course Joshua
