Vacation Rental Description

This recently renovated cottage is 2 miles from downtown Ithaca on 
the west side of Cayuga Lake. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a full 
sized double bed (linens are provided). Large picture windows 
provide a panoramic view of the lake and Ithaca (including the 
Cornell campus).There is a staircase of 50 steps from the parking 
space down to the cottage, and another 30 steps down to the lake 
shore.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Included in the rental are use of a kayak, and use of a large dock 
shared with another cottage on the property.  There is parking space 
for one car in a shared driveway; additional parking is available on 
the street.

Activities and Attractions

The cottage is very close to the City of Ithaca and all of its 
wonderful museums, restaurants, theaters and shops.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weeks in June are $600.  Most Weeks in July and August are $700.  
Week of July 4th is $850.  Rental period runs from 2:00 Saturday 
afternoon to 11:00 Saturday morning.  Reservation deposit of $250 is 
due upon booking (non-refundable if reservation is canceled and no 
other renters are found), refundable Cleaning deposit of $100 also 
due upon booking, balance of weekly rental amount due upon arrival.
