public access in the immediate vicinity), just south of Cocoa Beach,
north of Melbourne and just one hour from Orlando and Disney. This
unit has a superb southern view from its oceanfront balcony on the
second floor.
All rooms are fully furnished with all the amenities you will need
for short stays. New carpet throughout redone in 2013. The kitchen has new stainless steel cookware as recomended by Cooks Illustrated. New oven cook top as well. The master suite includes a King bed, large
dressing area w/ built in vanity, walk in closet and remodled full bath with granite counter tops. The
second bedroom includes one Queen bed and one Twin bed with sitting area and oversized closet. Additional double bed located in the hide-away
sofa. Oceanviews from every room. Beautiful view from screened in
porch, overlooking beach with a southern view of the entire coast
line. Great for a vacation with the kids or an even better romantic get-
away for two. Lay on the beach, relax by the pool, or just sit on
the balcony and take in the breathtaking view. Minutes from I-95,
for easy access to Orlando, Disney, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center, Port
Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, West Palm, or Miami.
