The Villa is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. The Villa
includes a fantastic kitchen with an isle and bar stools, with all
the equipment for gourmet cooking, and a separate dining area. It

a 2 1/2 bath for every ones use. Master bedroom includes a private

PGA Golf Club - PGA Village has 2 Tom Fazio courses and a Pete Dye
Course. Each course offers a different set of challenges for golfers
of all skill levels. A PGA Learning Center Pitch and Putt golf area
for residents and guests of the Villa is also available.

PGA Village is 7 miles to the center of Port St. Lucie which is
adjacent to Hutchinson Beach Island, shopping, Inter-Coastal view
restaurants, entertainment and public beaches. 2 hours from Disney.
This is a complete and beautiful resort vacation experience. So if

50% of the deposit is required upon the time of reservation. The
other 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is due 30 days prior to
arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the
property after departure unless there are damages to the villa or
loss of any contents.

Note: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 25 days
of arrival. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds for
early departures.
