Both places can comfortably accommodate up to a total of 12 people.

No more than 12 people are allowed.

NO PETS & NO SMOKING

NO CAMPERS, TRAILERS OR TENTS ALLOWED

You can go out about 400 feet and your in 3-4 feet of clear water.

With a nice sandy bottom and excellent conditions for water activity and fun!

We are on the west side of Higgins Lake. Both homes have been completely updated and furnished to include everything you could possibly need.            

Just bring your tooth brush, beach towels and water toys.

MAIN HOUSE 

Is directly on the water with a large sun room with 3 lazy boy chairs, excellent room to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake views. house is approx. 1,800 SF with (3) bedrooms with two full bathrooms, large living room with (2) full size sofas, lazy boy chair, with large TV/DVD/VHS, updated kitchen, newer appliances, newer carpet, newer ceramic flooring, windows & bathrooms, washer/dryer:
-Master Bedroom: queen size bed (TV/VHS)and attached full bath
-Other 2 rooms have (2) twin size beds and (1) full size bed.
 also (1) roll out full size bed, sleeps up to (8).

Maximum of (8) people allowed in the main house.

SECOND HOME/GUEST HOUSE

 is approx. 750 SF with small kitchen/living room area, (2) bedrooms both with queen size beds one in each room, a bathroom and large ceramic 4' by 4' shower. (1) pull out sofa bed, (2) TV's with cable, newer ceramic/carpet flooring, & newer windows. New cement patio with table and (4) chairs

Maximum of (4) people allowed in the guest house.

Basically, everything you will need to enjoy your self has been supplied.
We supply (1) set of sheets for each bed and bath towels.
You must bring your own beach towels/water toys.

Private 50' waterfront and 300' deep lot, 100 foot boat dock,

paddle boat, picnic table, fire pit, lounge chairs, charcoal grill are all there for your personal use. Beautiful spot on lake with a sandy bottom and clear water.
Many renters bring their own boats and either tie up to our dock or use our permanent boat mooring. We have a boat ramp at the end of our street for your use. There is room on the property for storage of your boat trailer.

All we ask is that you leave both places in the same basic condition as received. Empty both refrigerators, place all trash in garbage bags and place bags in garbage bin on the street.

A $150 Basic Cleaning Fee consists of: stripping all bed linens, washing linens and making up all beds, clean bathrooms, wipe down all floors, light dusting, and passing sweeper.

If additional cleaning  becomes necessary, you will be responsible for any additional fees. 

Please take care of the places and keep them clean so we can invite you back. 

Each year we are only looking for about 5-7 good renters. We now have a few pleased repeat renters. Our rental goal each year is achieved rather quickly. This is why it is important to book early. Take advange of our "Early Bird Special" and save  $200 !!!

We are located in a great spot, walking distance to a grocery store,
hardware store, gift shops, boat marina, bank & antique store.

We are also within a (10) minute drive to the Higgins Lake South State Park and a few great places to eat. Two golf courses are close bye.

Seasonal Weekly Rentals only from April thru October

Weekly Rentals usually run from Saturday-Saturday.
Also available are bi-weekly and monthly special rates.

The longer you stay, the lower the rate.

We do not do weekend rentals.

"PRIME TIME"    JUNE/JULY/AUGUST

Regular Total Weekly Rental Rate is: $ 3,500 

Let us know which week works best for you. 

Standard Security Deposit is: $ 1,200.00

Rates subject to change at anytime, lock in and book early. 

No rentals are permitted to anyone under 21 years of age.

Lock in your week with a "good faith" deposit of $1,200, this will hold your desired week. The balance of your rental fee and security deposit are all due at least (30) days prior to your arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for any reason including any early departures, weather conditions,or emergencies. If for what ever reason you are not able to fulfill your commitment and we are able to reschedule your reserved vacation week for that summer season, we will do so applying 100% of your rental fee paid that will be forwarded to that week. If we are not able to reschedule based on availability, no rental fees paid will be refunded and only your security deposit if already paid will be 100% refunded.
