This is a very unique lake front property with two clean homes that
share 50 feet of water frontage.

You can go out 400 feet and your in 3-4 feet of clear water with a
sandy bottom. Excellent conditions for water activity and fun!

We are on the west side of Higgins Lake. Both homes have been completely updated and furnished to include everything you could possibly need. Just bring your tooth brush, beach towels and water toys.

The main house is directly on the water with a large enclosed sun room
that has three lazy boy chairs. This is an excellent room to relax and
enjoy the beautiful lake views! Sleeps up to (8) people.

The guest cabin is on the side of the main house. Both have direct
access to the lake. Sleeps up to (6) people.

MAIN HOUSE
is approx. 1,800 SF with (3) bedrooms with two full bathrooms:
-Master: queen size bed (TV/VHS)and attached full bath
-Other 2 rooms: (2) twin size beds and (1) full size bed.
Large living room with 2 full size sofas and a lazy boy chair, one
sofa has a pull out bed. Sleeps up to (8).

An attached and enclosed sun room with a total of (3) lazy boy chairs
to enjoy the beautiful lake view! Living room has (1) large TV with
DVD/VHS player.

An updated kitchen with new appliances, home has new carpet, new
ceramic flooring, new roof and windows.
Washer and Dryer are only available in the main house.

GUEST CABIN
is approx. 750 SF with (2) bedrooms both with queen size beds one in each room, a bathroom and large shower. Pull out sofa bed. Sleeps up to (6).

Small kitchen living room area.

-(2)  TV's  with/cable
Cabin has recently installed flooring throughout both ceramic and carpet.

A new large ceramic 4x4 shower, new kitchen counter new roof and windows.
Cement patio with table and  (4) chairs.

Everything you will need to enjoy your self has been supplied.
We supply (1) set of sheets for each bed and bath towels.
We ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Private 50' waterfront and 300' deep lot, 100 foot boat dock,

paddle boat, picnic table, fire pit, lounge chairs, charcoal grill are all there for your personal use. Beautiful spot on lake with a sandy bottom and clear water.
Many renters bring their own boats and either tie up to our dock or use our permanent boat mooring. We have a boat ramp at the end of our street for your use.

When leaving, please leave it the same way that you found it.
Collect all trash and place in bags in garbage bin on the street.
Cleaning supplies/vacumm are furnished.

If you are not able to clean, we have a cleaning service that will
perform basic cleaning for a $100.00 fee for the main house and $60.00
fee for the guest cabin. They basically vacuum, dust and clean
bathrooms. Also strip all beds and change beds with clean sheets.
If more extensive cleaning is needed they will charge accordingly.
Treat the place as if it were your own, keep it clean that way we can
have you back again.

Each year we are only looking for about 6-8 good renters. We now have a few pleased repeat renters and our rental goal each year is achieved rather quickly. This is why it is important to book your week early!!! Already taking 2010 reservations!!!

We are located in a great spot, walking distance to a grocery store,
hardware store, gift shops, boat marina & antique store.

We are also within a (10) minute drive to the Higgins Lake South State Park and a few great places to eat. Two golf courses are close bye.

Cabin: $ 900.00 per week

Many families rent both homes on the same week. Great opportunity to

have a family reunion. We never rent both places to two different renters on the
same week.

Security Deposit
Main house: $ 1,000.00
Cabin: $ 500.00
If you rent both places on the same week the total
security deposit will be reduced to $ 1,200.00

Rates subject to change at anytime, book early.
No rentals are permitted to anyone under 21 years of age.

Lock in your week with a "good faith" deposit of 50%, this will hold your desired week. The balance of your rental fee and security deposit are due (30) days before occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for any reason including any early departures, weather conditions,or emergencies. If for what ever reason you are not able to fulfill your commitment and we are able to reschedule your reserved vacation week for that summer season, we will do so applying 100% of your rental fee paid that will be forwarded to that week. If we are not able to reschedule based on availability, no rental fees paid will be refunded and only your security deposit if already paid will be 100% refunded.
