Tempe and Mesa, Phoenix Airport-25 minutes, Phoenix International 
Raceway, Chase Field, US Airways Center, Water Parks and Lakes and 
Golf courses. 

Close proximity to restaurants, fine dining, fast food, Arrowhead 
Mall, West Gate Center, shops and movie theaters.

Master bedroom and additional bedroom have new Queen beds 
and full bathrooms.  Beautiful, natural slate stone floors in the 
kitchen, dining, and living rooms and new carpeting in bedrooms.  A 
truly comfortable place.

A security/reservation deposit of $250 is due at time of reservation.
This will be refunded by mail minus a $100 cleaning fee unless 
excess cleaning is required or home is damaged.  50% of the rental 
fee is due 90 days prior to arrival and the remaining 50% is due 30 
days prior to arrival. All deposits/payments are non-refundable 
unless 30 days cancellation notice is given.
