Vacation Rental Description

Guests are raving!  Our completely refurbished air-cond studio for 2 
(2 max) offers spectacular views of St. John and Tortola (BVI's).  
Spot migrating whales and sailboat races from the large private balcony 
and relax in the best of Caribbean comfort with all new amenities 
and furnishings.  An open floor plan welcomes island breezes and 
floral scents where the evening view is more incredible as the 
dazzling lights of St. John twinkle across the bay.  The studio is a 
5 minute walk to Sapphire Beach's 1/2 mile stretch of white sand & 
turquoise waters complete with water sports, marina, restaurant, and 
additional amenities and 100 ft from the village's restaurant and 1 
of 2 communal pools.  A luxurious Queen bed, Sony 32' LCD Flat 
screen Cable TV w/ DVD, CD Stereo w/MP3/iPod compatibility, fully 
equipped kitchen, soft reclining love seat, dining area, private 
bath w/ shower, linens, bath and beach towels provided, will 
make your stay a very comfortable and memorable one.  Come and relax!

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have thought of everything to create a 'home away from home'.  
The air conditioned 440 sq. ft. studio boasts a fully equipped 
kitchen that has everything you will need to prepare a home cooked 
meal. All linens, bath, and beach towels for two provided.  Full 
housekeeping completed upon departure.  The Cable TV is DVD 
compatable.  We offer a small DVD library in the studio or you can 
bring your own or rent in Red Hook - less than 1/2 mile down the 
road.  Smoking is not permitted inside the studio condo, but is 
permitted outside on the balcony.  Coin laundry is available and 
very convenient.  All recent exterior re-construction has been 
completed on our building in the Sapphire Village compound. Our 
recently completed interior renovation included resurfacing and 
polishing the tile floor and all surfaces were freshly painted 
throughout the studio.  All furnishings and amenities are brand 
new.  You will relax and unwind in luxury and beauty without 
breaking the bank.  Chaise Lounge Chairs are available at Sapphire 
Beach at an additional cost.

In Our Studio:

-Air Conditioner. 
-Three ceiling fans located in the kitchen, dining area, and over 
the bed.
-All linens, bath and beach towels for two (2) people.
-Full service kitchen boasts a microwave, toaster, refrigerator & 
freezer, stove and oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker, french 
press for those special coffee lovers, and iron & 
ironing board.  And a small cooler for those fabulous beach picnics!
-Dining area with seating for four.
-Soft and comfortable reclining love seat.
-Luxurious Queen Bed located next to the sliding glass door with 
priceless views and sweet island breezes.
-Two large closets.
-Private bath with shower stall, sink and toilet.
-A media center with a 32" flat screen Cable TV w/ DVD, CD Stereo 
with Mp3/iPod compatability.  
-Private balcony with wicker seating for two and a little table for 
drinks and such!
-Wireless Broadband internet access via village complex.
-Parking directly behind building in gated community.
-Two private community pools - one of them is next to our building.
-Restaurant at the village - a stones throw from the studio.
-Access to all amenities at Sapphire Resort including coin laundry.
-Adults only.  Sorry - children not allowed, pets not allowed.
-Wheelchair inaccessible.

Activities and Attractions

The folks at the Sapphire Marina know it best and take the utmost 
care to make you comfortable.  Go out for a day or evening sunset 
sail, or check out the terrific salt water fishing Caribbean style 
with the crews who know it best.  Are you your own captain? Rent 
your own craft to see the sites on your own schedule!

Take a ferry out of Red Hook (1/2 mile away) to St John or the BVI's 
and explore a whole other world in the Carib!  There is also a car-
transport ferry to St John to take advantage of.

Sailing, wind-surfing, tennis, water skiing, para-sailing, fishing, 
swimming, snorkeling, diving, golf at Mahogany Run Golf Course, 
shopping for jewels, sight-seeing, dining and dancing!  These are 
just some of the many wonderful things you can do while staying on 
St Thomas.

Vacation Rental Rates

On-line calendar reflects the last night of occupancy.  Saturday - Saturday arrival/departure rentals only during 
the high season.  See note below for off season rates.

High Season:
December 1, 2007 - May 3, 2008: $825 Week (7 nights).  
Saturday - Saturday arrival and departures ONLY 

Low Season:
May 3, 2008 - November 30, 2008:  $625 Week (7 nights).
You choose when to arrive and depart!  4 night minimum for non-weekly rentals.

Additional Fees:  $80 cleaning fee - cleaning done upon departure.

Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit accompanied by a signed 
rental agreement secures your reservation.  The security deposit is returned to you 
pending receipt of entry keys.

Payment with personal or bank check also accepted.
