Guests are raving!  Our Sapphire Village 'studio for two' (2 person max) is a quick 5-minute walk to beautiful Sapphire Beach - a half mile stretch of soft white sand and aquamarine waters.  Sapphire Beach is a beach lovers dream whether you like to read, sunbath, snorkel or kayak. Our unit is tucked into the hillside over the Sapphire Marina, a 1-minute walk to the village restaurant and 1 of 2 communal pools.  Everything is so close, yet our unit is so private.  Once you come, you'll never want to leave.

This pristine air-conditioned 440 sq. ft. studio offers spectacular views of St. John & Tortola (BVI's) and affords all the comforts of home without breaking the bank!  Spot migrating whales & sailboat races from the large private balcony. Relax in the best of Caribbean comfort with new amenities and furnishings.  An open floor plan welcomes island breezes and floral scents where the evening view is even more incredible as the dazzling lights of St. John and Tortola, BVI twinkle across the bay.

To help our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable vacation, we take great pride in keeping our unit up to date, beautifully appointed, and super clean.

This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT.  Smoking inside the condo is prohibited, but is allowed on the balcony. Thank you!

A luxurious Queen bed (top of the line), Sony 32' LCD Flat screen Cable TV w/ DVD, CD Stereo w/MP3/iPod compatibility, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare those home cooked meals, soft reclining love seat, dining table and chairs, bar area, private bath w/ shower stall and linen closet, 2 large closets, and all linens - bath and beach towels are included.  A cooler and thermos is provided for those lunches on the beach or on an island excursion!

The township of Red Hook is only a 1/2 mile away and offers terrific dining, shopping, sightseeing, and the ferries to the BVI's and St John, USVI.

-A two-part private bath comes in handy when you are both trying to get ready to go out.  A sink vanity with mirror and full lenth mirror are in the alcove, and behind the private door is the toilet, and shower stall and a linen closet. A hair dryer/blow dryer is under the sink for your use.
-Media center: 32" flat-screen Cable TV w/ DVD, CD Stereo with
Mp3/iPod compatability.
-Large private balcony with weather resistant wicker style furniture.
-Pay as you go wireless broadband internet access is available.  Sometimes it works from our balcony, but the signal is terrific at the village office which happens to be on the ground floor of our building - the St Maarten Building.
-Parking at our building in a gated community.
-Two communal pools.
-Access to all amenities at Sapphire Resort including coin laundry.
-Adults only or adult with child. 
-Sorry, we are 'wheelchair inaccessible'....we're on the top floor two flights up from the parking lot.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. 

Sapphire Beach:  One of the most beautiful beaches in all of the Caribbean.  One half mile of soft sand - great for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, and sand castles.

Sapphire Marina:  Day or sunset sailing, excursions to the BVI's or St John, salt water fishing, para-sailing, kayaking, wave runners, snorkeling, diving, private motor boat rentals.

Mohogany Run - Golfing in the Caribbean at its best - a beautiful 18 hole course.

Charlotte Amalie:  The capitol of St Thomas - incredible shopping and cruise ship harbor. 

Coral World at Coki Beach:  not only great swimming and snorkeling, but a fun excursion to see the undersea wildlife at their aquarium.

St John, USVI:  One third of this majestic island is a National Park.  Take a ferry out of Red Hook (1/2 mile down the road from us) for a 15 minute ride to another island with its own paradise.

British Virgin Islands: A whole other dynamic in the Carib.  You'll need your passport to venture there, but take a day and have the time of your life - its incredible!

2010 Winter/Spring Season (Nov 29, 2009 - May 2, 2010): $850 Week (7 nights) Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only.

2010 Summer/Fall Season (May 3, 2010 - Nov 28, 2010): $650 Week (7 nights) OR $93 per night with a 4 night minimum.  Weekday/Weekend arrival and departures - your choice! 

2010 Thanksgiving Holiday Week (Nov 20 - 27, 2010):  $650 week (7 nights).

2011 Winter/Spring Season (Nov28, 2010 - May 1, 2011): $875 Week (7 nights) Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only.

FEES: $80 cleaning fee.  $2.00 per night fee on parking permits for short term rentals (two weeks or less).  No other fees apply.

TERMS:
Security Deposit: A returnable $200 decurity deposit is collected
with the signed rental agreement to secure your reservation. 50% of the rental cost is due 60 days in advance of occupancy.  The balance is due 30 days in advance of occupancy.  For reservations made less than 30 days, payment in full is required.  We accept: Personal Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express.

A renters packet with map & directions, 2 sets of entry keys, and information on the studio and surrounding area, is mailed to your home to arrive one (1) week before you depart for the studio.
