side of Fort Butler Mountain. Freedom's View is convenient to main
highways, stores, restaurants and area attractions.Regional interest

Spectial rates for Jan-March $85 per night with 3 night minumum for any 3 nights up to 6people with $75 cleaning fee for 6 people. Weekly rates for Jan-March are a$550 plus $75 for cleaning up to 6 people. These special do not include 10.75% tax on total. GREAT PRICE FOR WINTER! Regular Weekly rate is $695 plus $10.75% tax Monthly rate $1500 Jan-March and Monthly rate April-Dec is  $2100/month. ( plus 10.75% tax Plus $200 damage deposit that is refundable.  Cleaning rates are April - December or if more than 6 people-$85 - 150 depending on how many people the house holds up to 10 people. The deposit converts to your damage deposit when you arrive and stay your tenancy. Ask about rates for stays of 3 months or more, discounts available too and negotiable in slow months. We do run Winter Specials so call today or off season specials like Jan-week before Easter. Owner is  interested in renting for 3 months in the winter months January-March or Up to right before Easter at special price w/utilities included for $1500/month.
