Our newly purchased property has been completely refurbished,
decorated, and furnished. This is a spacious 3 bedroom with a bath
for each bedroom. We offer a king bed in the master with a jacuzzi
tub and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an
oversized shower/bath off it. The third bedroom that is upstairs
features two single beds, with trundles under them that are suitable
for children, double sink vanity and full bath. The vaulted living
room offers a queen sized sofa sleeper. The full kitchen has an
eating bar for 4 and a seperate dining room with seating for 8. Just
off the living room is a screened porch with table and
seating for 6.

The vaulted living room has a flat screen TV/VCR/DVD. It opens onto
a screened porch that overlooks the swimming pool, waterfalls,
fountian and pond of Meadow Brook.

Each bedroom offers a TV with remotes, two more DVD's and a Play
Station II with games. High speed wireless internet is also available
for your laptop.

The fully equipped kitchen has service for 16, pantry, micro wave,
range/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with water/ice on the door.

The vaulted dining room has a large table that will extend to
comfortably seat 8.

There is a stackable washer and dryer.

Each bedroom has a large closet and two are walk-in's.

This is a great location, close to the entertainment strip but with
easy access to the attractions with out having to fight the Hwy 76
traffic. It is just a short distance south to the Table Rock Dam,
marina, and state park.

On Site there are 2 pools that you can use, play ground, outdoor hot
tub, and small walking trail.

Near by are numerous Golf courses, Theme parks, Amusement park,
Zoo/Wildlife park, Up-scale shopping district as well three outlet
malls, Sightseeing, Restaurants, Cinemas/Movie Theaters, Numerous
Live theaters, Museums, Miniture golf/Go-cart tracks, and Excursion
boat/Dinner theater on the lake or Sightseeing by Train.

Besides the large Table Rock lake you also have Taneycomo and Bull

For nightly rates add on a $60 one time cleaning fee.

A $100 booking fee is required and a two night minimum.
Remainder of the fee is to be paid no less than ten days before
