This charming 5 bedroom home (Master has a King sized bed, 3 with
Queen sized beds, and the last bedroom has 2 twin sized beds)is lavishly decorated with everything you need for the perfect getaway! It is
coveniently located on the southern end of Fort Myers Beach close to
beaches, fine dining and shopping.
Amenities include a game room with pool table, workout room, 10000
pound boat lift, two docks and huge 2nd floor covered lanai. Perfect for family
getaways with accommodations for 10-14 individuals.
Whether you are looking for a vacation for two or for a nice getaway
for the extended family, this is an absolute must see!
The kitchen is complete with upgraded amenities including commercial
sized refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. Anything and
everything you would need to enjoy a nice meal can be found
including a blender, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.
Wake up and enjoy a nice breakfast in the covered lanai or enjoy one
of the docks surrounded by mangrove and used by several species of
local birds as a roost. The laundry room has a full sized washer and
dryer for you to use.
This Mangrove House  is located across the street from the beach, and is right next to the bus stop for public transportation.  Several restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Beach towels are provided for your use.

You will also find chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys to use at the beach.

Christmas and New Year are available at $2500/ week

50% reservation deposit is due at the time the reservation is made.
The reservation will not be complete until the deposit is received.
A $1,000.00 refundable security deposit in held in escrow until your
departure,
and only used if the house is not left in the condition that you
found it in, the
remaining rent and a $175.00 cleaning fee are due 30 days prior to
your arrival.
The reservation deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 60 days
prior to the date of arrival. If unforeseen circumstances arise
where we cannot rent the house, we will refund your money in full.
