Affordable, Charming Luxury Beach House -Pool Table, Bikes + in Huntington Beach

This beautiful 2 Bed/1 Bath Beach House is just a short walk/bike
ride to Main Street and the pier! The house is located in a quiet,
charming neighborhood only .7 miles from Main Street and 1.5 miles
to the Huntington Beach pier. This is a great setting for a family
looking to get away from the wild and loud downtown atmosphere,
while staying as close as possible to the beach. The house is
located in a cul-de-sac, which happens to be one of the last one's
before you get to the "grid" street set up closer to the beach. You
can rest at east while your kids are playing in front of the house
and not have to worry about traffic zipping by. There is also plenty
of parking available which is usually a problem downtown.
This custom remodeled home features all new appliances, a leather
sofa, Maytag washer and dryer, a California King bed in the master
bedroom, a spacious back yard, and all the comforts of home. Watch
cable TV on the 42 inch plasma TV in the living room, or choose one
of the 60 available DVD's to watch while enjoying the surround
sound! The garage has been converted into somewhat of a game room
with a regulation size pool table, electronic dart board, stereo
with CD player, punching bag (gloves included) and a beautiful patio
set with 4 of the most comfortable chairs you will ever sit in.
There is a high speed internet connection in case you want to bring
a laptop to easily plug in and immediately use.
This cozy house is the perfect place to relax after a long day at
the beach, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, or any of the other local
attractions.
There are 4 New Beach Cruiser Bicycle�s in the garage that I highly
suggest you take advantage of. It's just a couple minute bike ride
to the beach, and you can even ride along the boardwalk down to
Newport Beach! Extra cruisers may be available upon request for a
low rental rate of $7 a day.
Like to BBQ? You'll love the oversized gas BBQ that we keep in the
garage (we found that it's a lot more fun to just roll the BBQ
slightly outside the garage and BBQ while everybody hangs out/plays
pool in the garage); however you always have the option of moving
the BBQ into the back yard. Old school and like to grill using
charcoal? No problem, there is a charcoal grill also.
You will find most anything you can think of needing in this house,
such as a cooler to use for your day at the beach, and even an ice-
cream maker to make some home made ice-cream!
If you are staying for a month or more and are interested in brewing
beer for the first time, you can arrange to use my 5 gallon beer
brewing system, complete with a keg to store it in. Most beers take
2-3 weeks before drinkable, so you can brew it shortly after you
arrive, and enjoy the fruits of your labor during the last week or
two of your stay. I have a complete instructional DVD, will arrange
to have all ingredients ready for you upon arrival, and can give you
a little bit of instruction over the phone. ANYONE can do it, and
the best part is, this is all FREE with the booking of a one month
stay.
I will leave a list of restaurant and bar recommendations, and will
leave some local coupons for you as well.
As you can see, everything is in place for your Surf City vacation
that will produce memories to last a lifetime. I want you to enjoy

*We love pets and have a dog ourselves so we welcome you to bring
them on vacation (and maybe take your pooch to the famous Huntington
Beach Dog Beach).
20% non-refundable deposit (plus security deposit) due at booking,
