living space with the beach as your back yard.
Three full size refrigerators, fully equipped kitchen, two TVs,
gas fireplace, large deck, private beach entrance, two living room
areas. Three dining room areas and more. The home has 2 king size
beds, 3 queen size beds, a day bed w/trundle that turns into king
size bed.

Low Season: $3,950.00 per week. High Season and holidays: $4,500.00
per week.
Three night minimum = Low Season $565.00/per night - High Season
$650.00 per night.

High Season is from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
every year. Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas (One-Week Minimum
Stay is Required)
Restrictions: No Pets and No Smoking

A $700.00 Refundable security Deposit is required at the time the
property is reserved and it will be returned after departure. A
$200.00 Cleaning fee will be retained. Linens provided on one-week
plus stays.

3 PM check in and 11 AM check out. Early check ins and Late check
outs will be accomodated on a case by case basis.

Multi-week discounts: for stays over a week, the second week
discount and the third and additional weeks are 15% discount.

No pets or smokers please.

Maximum occupancy is 14 people.
