Vacation Rental Description

This is a freshly updated 1900 s/f two bedroom two bathroom town home 
on the 1st fairway of the Country Club estates golf course.  The home 
resides on a quite cul-de-sac with almost zero traffic noise.  There 
is a huge master suite with new King bed, ceiling fan, Sony TV and 
separate door to porch overlooking the course.  The guest room has a 
new queen size bed and new carpeting.  Both bathrooms have been 
updated with granite counters and fresh paint schemes.  The living 
room has new tile, a fireplace and new leather furniture.  There is a 
32” Sony TV with a DVD/VCR player.  The formal dining room has a new 
ceiling fan and access to the wet bar.  The kitchen is newly 
remodeled with granite counters, new stainless appliances and new 
tile floors.   There is a separate laundry room with new washer 
dryer.   There are fantastic patio areas both front and rear with 
golf course and mountain views.  There is a new gas grill and 
multiple tables and chairs for relaxing on either patio. The garage 
is huge with 4 car capacity and two openers!

Activities and Attractions

Golf course right is out the back gate!  Private course with 
reasonable short term rates.  This property is a Green Valley 
Recreational property so all Recreation facilities are available to 
you for a small membership fee during your stay.  There are 12 
facilities including pools, hot tubs, sauna, tennis, exercise 
equipment and access to numerous entertainment and clubs.  In 
addition to this, Green Valley is approximately 30 minutes from 
Tucson, AZ to the north or Nogales Mexico to the south!  Green Valley 
is within easy striking distance to the Titan II missile museum, 
Tubac, Madera Canyon, San Xavier Mission, Tombstone, Bisbee mining 
town, Old Tucson and the Airplane museum.  There is also access to 
hiking, golf, biking, horseback riding, birding and casino gambling.
