Vacation Rental Description

Our condominium is a perfect place to get away from it all and  
relax, enjoying one of Florida's beautiful beaches. The condominium  
(unit) is a two-story building with two covered parking spaces  
provided for each condominium. Your vehicle(s) is parked under the  
unit. It's on the beach side and just a few steps from the sand. Enjoy early  
breakfasts and afternoon reading on the large balcony. The  
condominium is completely tiled and very, very clean! The  
furnishings are contemporary and very comfortable. The master  
bedroom holds a queen-size bed and the second bedroom holds two twin  
beds. 
 
Shore Haven is a small, peaceful complex allowing guests privacy, relaxation,  
and a restful stay.

April thru May.....................$550/week or $1,550/mo. 
June thru August...................$450/week...N/A per mo. 
Sept thru Dec......................$450/week or $1,250/mo. 
Additional Discounts for 2+ weeks or 2+ months stays are available. 
Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 10am.  
Cleaning Fee is $60. 
Rates do not include local taxes. 
 
Holiday week rates are $795/week, plus tax and cleaning fee.
