Avalon Corporate Suites provides comfortable short- 
term apartment rentals for those visiting the Rochester, New York  
area.  We're close to parks, Lake Ontario, and Irondquoit Bay. 
 
Our large fully furnished apartments provide a home-like atmosphere  
as compared to a cramped motel room.  We have sparkling clean one  
and two bedroom apartments that are ready to occupy, with all  
linens, kitchen utensils, and cable TV.

Activities and Attractions

There are picnic tables for guest use in our quiet, suburban setting. 
 
Our location in Webster, New York is less than five minutes drive  
from Rochester and close to SeaBreeze Amusement Park.  In less than  
15 minutes, you can be at cozy parks, and the Erie Canal, that flows  
through the communities of Pittsford and Fairport.  Swimming,  
hiking, fishing, and relaxing is 10 minutes away at Durand Eastman  
Park, right on Lake Ontario. 
 
Explore attractive Irondequoit Bay on your own by renting a canoe.   
Two rental shops are within a mile walk or drive from your vacation 
retreat. 
 
Plus, 35+ restaurants, shopping centers, and other conveniences are  
within five-blocks of Avalon.  Routes 590 and 490 are just five  
minutes easy drive. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Our fully furnished sparkling-clean apartments feature both one and  
two separate bedrooms.  Rates start at $300/week for a one bedroom -  
which includes a kitchen, eating area, living room, cable TV, etc.  
Two bedroom fully-furnished apartments are between $575/week and  
$375/week, depending on length of stay, and season.  Please call for  
a quote, and inquire about the availability of special "pet  
friendly" units.  All rates include free high-speed wireless internet  
access.
