You will be surrounded by a wooded county park, with walking trails.  There are picnic tables for guest use in our quiet, suburban setting, backing on to a wooded county park. Plus, next to Avalon is a new county park, which includes a play area for kids.

Our location in Webster, New York is less than five minutes drive from Rochester and close to SeaBreeze Amusement Park. In less than 15 minutes, you can be at cozy parks, and the Erie Canal, that flows through the communities of Pittsford and Fairport. Swimming,
hiking, fishing, and relaxing is 10 minutes away at Durand Eastman Park, right on Lake Ontario.
Explore attractive Irondequoit Bay on your own by renting a canoe. Two rental shops are within a mile walk or drive from your vacation retreat.

Plus, 35+ restaurants, shopping centers, and other conveniences are within five-blocks of Avalon. Routes 590 and 490 are just five minutes easy drive.

The fully furnished sparkling-clean apartment featured provide two separate bedrooms. one bedroom has a queen/full bed, and the other has two twin beds. We have a minimum 2-night stay.  Call about lower rates for a one bedroom suite. Both types  include a kitchen, eating area that seats four, living room, cable TV, separate bedrooms, and more. 
Rates and availability vary by season. Please call for a quote, and inquire about the limited availability of special "pet friendly" units.
